My Thai Yoga Massage journey began in 2016 after visiting the OM Yoga Show in London, where I was introduced to my new interest. I then completed a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner course with one of the most respected teachers of Thai Yoga Massage, Ralf Marzen, and later undertook further training with Kira Balaskas, Bob Haddad and Dave Hoyle.
Couple of years before my Thai Yoga Massage therapist journey started, my husband was diagnosed with MS and I was looking for ways to be able to help him. I have always believed that our bodies are designed to heal and considering the fact that the most important function of this particular type of massage is to encourage the body’s natural healing process, it helped him immensely. Thai Yoga Massage combined with a living a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle has encouraged me to explore the fundamentals of Ayurveda, Theta healing, Gut Health and the importance of Mindfulness. Over the past 5 years I have delved deeper and completed numerous courses in order to develop my skills even further and to be able to offer a wider range of massage techniques to my clients.
Helping people find ways to feel better in their lives is where I find my purpose.
